Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Junie Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items Policy
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
